Exceptionally rude office staff. After making an appointment online for 1.5 weeks out, I was immediately (less than 5 min) called and asked for insurance. I don't carry a purse to work, so I didn't have it readily available. Staff was rude in letting me know my appointment wouldn't be confirmed until providing that information. When I called to provide it, I was greeted with rudeness due to my quiet voice again at work....In addition, my appointment had already been cancelled, BUT WAS STILL AVAILABLE!!!! I had to go around in circles with another rude professional just to be able to provide the information and secure that very same appointment. MOST PEOPLE WHO RECEIVE A REFERRAL FROM A DOCTOR HAVE INSURANCE OR CAN PAY! Everyone has policies and protocols, but the way you communicate that and interact with customers/patients should remain professional and courteous, as you are providing a service someone ultimately has to pay for. I'll let my hip fall off before I pay to treated like I'm ordering a free greasy hamburger from the hood store.

I was referred to Bryan Bertsch, P.T. by my shoulder specialist at Baylor Scott & White. He is personable, while professional and pragmatic. His approach was exactly what was needed for the specific issue being addressed. I highly recommend Bryan and the center.

I have been other places before for PT but this clinic is by far the best one. No loud hip hop music blasting, professional staff, a spacious, inviting area and very nice modern equipment. As an older patient, I appreciate an older more experienced therapist. I am seeing better results this time and am very encouraged.

Baylor rehab has provided me with excellent physical therapy services! Bryan and his staff are caring, accommodating, and always cheerful. They encourage me every time I am there, and I know I am doing exceedingly well in my rehabilitation because of this therapy! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend! I’
