It’s been awhile since my parents have gotten their windows cleaned at their home and their rental property. We searched on yelp/Google and came across Baywide. From the time I contacted Brittany at Baywide, she walked me through the whole process, timeline, and what to expect. Friendly customer service and her team got the jobs done efficiently! We were impressed. Pricing was within our budget so that was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

I heard of Baywide Services through a friend who recently got their home windows cleaned and they were mentioning how they were thinking about calling back for their roof cleaning services. I checked their website and it was up to date and easy to navigate. My parents home needed an overdue exterior cleaning so I texted their number to schedule a time to chat. I spoke to this very kind woman Britany to help walk me through the process. I booked a power washing and gutter cleaning services. I am so happy with the results and my parents are impressed!! I can’t recommend this company enough! I just bought my very first home and had to get everything cleaned including the windows and roof. From start to finish, Brittany was incredibly responsive, informative, and so easy to work with. I had no idea how much I needed her services until I saw how clean my windows were. It’s crazy how much of a difference it makes, and now I can appreciate how clean windows bring so much light into my house now. On top of that, they also offer roof tile cleaning, which I needed baad. Many insurance companies require homeowners to have their roofs washed to remove algae and I definitely needed that. But they made it look as good as new! Saved me so much money instead of buying a new roof. Love the attention to detail and quality of service is top-notch—definitely recommend for anyone looking for reliable, effective cleaning services. I am so grateful for her!

This business was contacted for a free estimate along with other companies doing similar work. The crew showed up for an appt over an hour late. Inspected the site, took some photos, and promised to send a detailed work estimate along with the photos taken earlier at the site. Never received either. Followed up multiple times with Brittany and waited for weeks. Per co-owner's request, provided personal contact info including first and last name, phone, and e-mail. After weeks of back and forth still nothing. I do not recommend this business based on the experience I had. ___________________________________________________ Response to the owner: There is no disconnect in our correspondence. What you sent me was a rough estimate, what I was talking about is a final estimate otherwise known as a formal proposal. You never sent me the final document. There is no reason to defer to Yelp or temp phone numbers, as I had provided my full phone number to your early on! I don’t know where you were sending photos, but they were not received on either device/platform, which tells me that you didn’t send them to me, as there is absolutely no reason at all why my phone wouldn’t accept pictures or any other media, especially since this was never the case before. The review says I had followed up with you multiple times regarding the final proposal and pics, which is correct so there is no need to twist my words! What you had also failed to note, is that I had called you multiple times (4-5) during the day of the appointment throughout the 1.5 hour wait for the team and you kept telling me each time that they are wrapping up. I understand delays, but there should also be a way to manage them and if the team is very late and they know that they will be, then the best thing is to do is to reschedule the appointment instead of having the customer wait outside in the cold weather for 1.5 hours. And btw, I never said “great”, “thanks,” and “that would be fine” to the excessive wait time and I don’t appreciate you making things up! What I did ask is when the team will be arriving and you kept giving me the same response, “they’re wrapping up”, “they should be done/arriving soon”. My claim of having followed up with you multiple times both via Yelp and via text messaging IS accurate; what is inaccurate is your portrayal of what happened! And what you should be concerned about is the fact that first and foremost, you keep misrepresenting the facts to cover up for dropping the ball on this project multiple times, that you dare to lie and say that I didn’t try to contact you directly, which I had done multiple times, for wasting over a month of my time and not even generating a final proposal or sending me the pics taken at the location, and finally having the nerve to scold me for leaving the review on your business page?! I want to make this crystal clear – I will leave the review wherever and whenever I deem it necessary and neither you, nor anyone else is going to dictate to me when or where to leave it! It doesn’t matter when I left it for your business or where, what matters is what has taken place, and it is my absolute right to express discontent with the way things went! I hate lies, so instead of this convoluted and skewed response, the best thing for you would have been to take the responsibility for the failure and the necessary steps to rectify it. What you have done, has made things much worse. If you didn’t want this project or your team was too busy, or whatever, what you should have done at the very beginning is to say you can’t do it and that would have been fine! You should have also sent me the pics, instead of wasting a ton of my time and not following through with anything that you had promised! But if you do make a promise, keep it! Don’t make excuses, twist facts around to suit your narrative, lie, try to cover up, shift the blame, attack the client, and present yourself as a victim! Because that’s not what happen and you, your team, and I know that full well!
