I needed help to guide and better understand my dog to help her become more social. With Jen's help, I was able to understand why Chestnut becomes who she is and what could I possibly do to help her be more confident and be neutral. Jen's board and train program helped me start somewhere manageable for me and Chestnut to work on. I can have guests at home with Chestnut around without going crazy. Chestnut is not perfect coming out of the board and train program but had shown a lot of improvement which made my life and Chestnut's life as a dog easier (especially outside on our walks and roadtrips). I highly recommend Jen's program to those in need of help to understand and manage their dogs.

We can’t say enough great things about Jenn! She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and professional. Jenn helped us train our lab after we rescued him, giving him the structure and manners he was missing. She also worked with us on basic commands, and the progress we saw was amazing. We truly love Jenn and continue to use her for dog boarding whenever we’re out of town. We trust her completely to take care of our dog, and we know she loves on him just as much as we would. It’s such a relief to have someone we trust so deeply. We highly recommend Jenn to anyone looking for an outstanding dog trainer and caregiver! 🐾

Jenn has been an incredible asset to our family - referred to Jenn by a good friend, I was admittedly hesitant at first, but sending our Rosie to Beachwood K9 was the best decision we have made since adopting Rosie. We get to enjoy our dog Rosie so much more due to Jenn’s training and the knowledge she imparts on each of her clients. Jenn is structured, clear, and is a great teacher/communicator when it comes to showing you how to keep up all the amazing things she teaches your dog. Getting Rosie back after the 3 week board/Train was a game changer for our family, including Rosie: Rosie now has clear structure, routine, and boundaries, and due to that, we have been able to do much more with her and make her life that much richer. Jenn’s training is so good and impactful, I had my parents send their 6 week old puppy to Jenn for a board/train. I cannot recommend Jenn enough.

Billie was the most challenging dog in terms of allowing me to put her collar and leash on her. Every time I attempted, she would run away, not sit still or try biting at it. It got to the point where I had to lure her in with peanut butter to distract her when I put it on. Yes, that was the only way I found that worked. After her tools were on, walks with Billie were frustrating and stressful. She would either bite at the leash the entire walk or smell every blade of grass and take thirty minutes to walk around the block. I would pull her to continue, and then she would get the zoomies and almost take my arm off. Walking my dog wasn't fun, and I needed help. Then, I met Jenn, the most wonderful dog trainer I have ever encountered. She's a dedicated dog trainer committed to making dog ownership enjoyable, peaceful, and fun! She is highly knowledgeable and has a natural connection with all dogs. After I sent Billie to a three-week board and train with Jenn, Billie has given me zero problems putting on her collar, e-collar, and leash. When I put her tools on, she's excited, wagging her tail, and sitting calmly! Billie is also doing great on walks because we are actually walking, and she walks right by my side. In addition to the collar, leash, and walks, Billie is also 100% crate-trained. She knows her commands, such as sit, down, and place, thanks to Jenn and Beachwood K9 training. Having a well-trained dog is a game-changer! I recommend anyone and everyone to invest in Beachwood K9 dog training so they can ENJOY dog ownership anywhere they go and take away any stress it may bring them. I am incredibly pleased with Billie's behavior since she returned from her board and train. I am very thankful for Jenn and for the confidence she has given me as a dog owner because that is unmatched.

My husband and I were referred to Beachwood K9 by a close friend, and while I was initially hesitant about sending our dog Theodore, off for 3 weeks of training, I did find comfort in hearing only great things about Jen’s work. Before Theodore’s training, we had a tough time taking him on walks. The pulling was so bad that I couldn’t even walk him on my own anymore, and had to stop taking him out without my husband about a month before his training began. Fast forward to four weeks after Theodore returned home from Jen’s program, and I have now been able to consistently take him on walks, with him walking right by my side and no pulling! His improvement has been truly night and day. Another tool that’s been a game-changer for us is Theodore’s “place.” When guests come over, we can now have him stay on his place instead of running and jumping on everyone, which has made a huge difference. We’re still working on being consistent with this, but the progress we’ve seen so far has been encouraging. And lastly, Theodore is enjoying more off leash time on our hikes and at the park. His recall has greatly improved, and we have gained that confidence for that off leash time. We’re beyond grateful for Jen and her program, and we're excited to share that another couple of our friends will be bringing their dog to Jen for training this month. Thank you again, Jen, for all of your hard work and dedication to our pup!

Can't say how grateful I am for Jenn and Beachwood K9 - my pup Harley was a handful to say the least and after the 3 week board and train, he came back a perfect gentleman. The tools and guidance provided to me by Jenn are invaluable and has allowed for the perfect foundation for training and obedience for Harley - Thank you so much @ Jenn/Beachwood K9 - Highly recommend, worth it.
