Beattie pet hospital stoneyCreek is over priced and leaves you waiting when nobody is in the waiting room but you .I sat there for 50 minutes with a dog with diarrhea and vomiting. When I finally got in a room. I sat there for another half hour. The Vet was very nice but for consultation, blood work and antl nausea meds they wanted between 800 to 900 dollars plus tax that is ridiculous. I paid 152 for the visit and got up and left I've been. Going to this vet for at least 18 years.they are just to expensive for a pensioner so I won't be back

Had an emergency with my cat the other day March 24, couldn't get seen with my vet so they referred me here and thankfully they fit me in, they were able to diagnos the issue way quicker then I expected, and I am so thankful it didnt break the entire bank I was expecting the worst. They were also super nice both front desk ladies snd the doctors i spoke to were amazing they even called twice after we got home to check on her. Thank you for taking care of our Wee Chloe the Siamese cat and you will be likely seeing us in the future I was very pleased with treatment. =]

I love that they have an emergency clinic and the small incidents such as abscess for one of cats was resolved perfectly. I did take one of my dogs , a Westie with an inflamed paw. But the Male Vet from Indian descent I believe was seeing my pup. But he was scared of him and asked me to help restrain him … it was a very uncomfortable meet. I wish he had asks help from one of his technicians. He kept on pulling away afraid he might bite him. He then told me I was doing everything okay. The next time we went was for one of our cats that look unwell. Our regular Vet was too busy to see him. And we can tell he needed to be seen. I couldn’t go because I had just gotten out of surgery. They did some blood work and found he had a UTI. Got sent with antibiotics. Usually when Iam at the Vet I noticed Vets do a thorough check up of the animal’s body but I don’t think they did in this case. Three days after the cats visit I couldn’t resist and I did a body check up on my sick cat and noticed a big rock mass at the back of his anus that extended to where he pees too. I was shocked that the Vet did not see this. This is why he had a UTI. He was blocked. He had a big poop that hardened because of his long hair. I was amazed and wondered how did he not go to the washroom. And maybe the bacteria from the poop was what caused the UTI. We carefully bathed him and cut delicately this mass. And both my husband decided we need to get clippers for the long hair cats we have in the barn. And avoid this happening again. Lesson learned. Plus I told my husband that I wasn’t too happy with some Vets there that couldn’t confidently treat our pets. I am sorry for the long message but Iam crazy for my pets and expect that my animals get service that is exceptional especially with the education you get as a Vet. And the price we pay.
