I have been going to belle Meade animal hospital for several years now. Dr Milam has taken care of two of my dogs who have now passed and has been taking care of my current dog for the last two years. He is simply the best: compassionate, caring and doesn’t try to upsell with unnecessary treatments. The new location is large and very clean, and also provides boarding.

We just moved to Nashville and was told about this vet from a friend. We have never been happier with this vet and feel so thankful we found a permanent vet for our golden retriever, Kev where we know he will receive the best care possible! We are always treated with kindness and compassion truly believe Kev is in the best hands here! He recently has his first surgery and we felt so much better knowing he was there as the veterinarian and staff called us with updates throughout the surgery to let us know how he was doing!

I have been a very satisfied pet owner of 2 very rough and rowdy Jack Russell terrier’s who were rescues about 11 years ago. They are now 15-1/2 years old and doing very well for their age. My male-Luke came to me with only one eye but never slowed down.He is still active and loves all the attention he can get making his “Rounds” of staff at Belle Meade Animal . Lillie is my good girl and was(in her youth) a remarkable hunter - they have an enclosed backyard with lots of trees and at last count (a few years ago) she had caught *42 * squirrels, She never ate one but buried them in my back yard. I sincerely appreciate all the staff at Belle Meade Animal Hospital-for calls answered and returned. Quick appointments when I get concerned. Help when I arrive with rowdy dogs and most of all EXCELLENT VETERINARY CARE AND CARE FROM THE ENTIRE FACILITY.

I just took my cat to Belle Meade Animal Hospital after a bad experience at another vet and it was the best experience I could have had. The whole staff is so kind from the front office staff, to the woman who took us to the room, & Dr. Roberts. The vet is usually a traumatic experience for my cat but they were so gentle and patient with her and she truly felt safe. Dr. Roberts took the time to explain everything to me and made a detailed plan for healing. She even let my cat explore the room as we talked. The big windows in the room made her feel right at home. So so so thankful for this amazing experience!
