I am very disappointed with the service I received from this pest control company. The technician was supposed to identify the source of the pest issue, but this was never properly assessed or resolved. The service provided did not fix the problem at all. After multiple unanswered calls and no follow-up, I had no choice but to hire another pest control company. The second company identified and fixed the issue immediately, which confirmed that the original service was ineffective. When I contacted this company to request a refund due to the unresolved issue and lack of communication, I was told a refund could not be issued simply because spraying had already been done. My concern is not that spraying occurred—it is that no one properly diagnosed or solved the problem, and I received no support despite repeatedly reaching out. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to resolve the issue are why I do not recommend this company.

The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because the people on the phone were polite otherwise I would go with 1 star. I scheduled an appt for a Wednesday, the only day I'm available. I scheduled this on the previous Friday, 5 days in advance. I got a call an hour before my appt saying that the tech called in sick. I understand that people get sick, that's not the problem, but not having a backup is bad business. I chose to not move forward with Berrett and will find somebody else which means I will most likely have to wait 12 days to deal with my carpenter ant infestation. Based on other reviews, I'm sure they provide good service but unfortunately, mine was not a good one.
