Can't get past the robotic customer service rep. The store retained my credit card number and charged an unwanted membership fee to it without my permission. I had to call Visa & have them remove the charge.

Scheduled an appointment for a dash cam removal, and they cancelled and rescheduled it a week and a half later on their own terms without asking for my availability. I wouldn’t recommend it, it’s unprofessional! It’s too bad, because I had a 5 star experience with a dash cam installation just over 2 years ago.
