Just got out pup back after a long weekend stay with Alan at Best Friends. This is the 4th time we have used Best Friends having never used kennels in the past. Alan is brilliant and will send updates about how the dogs are getting on. The dogs are very well taken care of and always come back with some treats and a bath at the end of the stay. Highly recommend and will be using Alan again when we go away on holiday in the future.

We left our lab there for 9 days - having never used kennels before and heard only negative reviews from people using other kennels we were very nervous about leaving our girl here. Alan was lovely and reassured my husband of all the free run and walks Bella would receive. When he collected her she looked great and was a very happy dog, we didn't receive updates as seen on other reviews but I'm sure if we had known and asked he would have done this for sure. Fantastic service thanks again 😀

Alan is just one of a kind. He is so lovely, welcoming and clearly takes pride in his kennels and truly loves looking after the Dogs and Cats there. This was so reassuring as it was Milo and Skye’s first time at a kennels. We picked them up and Alan had bathed and they were smelling lovely. Alan also gave our Dogs some treats which added to the already great service. 10/10. Thanks again Alan, we will definitely use you again and recommend your services.

Absolutely amazing service. Have previously used Best Friends for my other dog but was nervous about leaving my 8 month old puppy as he had never been away from us. Alan & Angela are very caring and understood my anxiety but they genuinely love and care for your dog. He has come back very chilled out & even had a bath before we collected him. Alan even gave us treats for the car journey home. I cannot recommend Best Friends enough, we also have a few friends who use them & feel the same. Rudy looking forward to his next stay. Thanks!!!

Where to start! Even from initially enquiring about a booking I felt sure this was the right kennels for my boxer Zeus. Alan is just one of a kind. He is so lovely, welcoming and clearly takes huge pride in his kennels and truly loves looking after the animals there. He kept me regularly updated with how zeus was doing and sent me loads of videos and photos. This was so reassuring as it was Zeus's first time at a kennels. I need not worry as he was clearly well looked after, came back happy and healthy and smelling gorgeous. Alan feels like an old friend due to his kind and funny manner. He is really just the best. We will be back again soon and hopefully between now and then I can improve his recall so he doesn't eat all your ham! Haha! Highly recommended and look forward to our next visit. Xx
