Kim did a phenomenal job on my icy blue cat eye nails! **Edit** LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. My middle finger acrylic nail on my right hand, cracked and peeled off. Guaranteed I usually get my nails done half as short as these, but none have ever popped off unless I’ve purposely ripped them off out of brute force (after having them on for 4+ weeks!!) I guess more expensive is better, because the retention is not here obviously. And I am not a person that typically uses my nails as tools. Maybe she just glued the tip on too close to the end of my nail and that’s why it cracked and popped off. Either way, not good. Probably won’t come here again.

This place is horrible! They messed up my wedding nails. Nothing like the picture and all my nails are different lengths and Shapes. I showed her a reference picture and she promised she could do it and she missed the mark completely. HORRIBLE

Nope I will not go back there. I was charged for services that were not a part of their add-on list. I already have shorter nails because I'm a braider, and I asked for them to be filed down and was charged. This lady added on 2 different add-ons that was not a part of their pricing list. I have an overlay over my regular nails, simple 😶. My nails are all different shapes, &lengths. When she was filing/shaping my nails, I reminded her 3x of the shape that I wanted, she kept telling me she knows blah blah blah in an annoyed manner. She broke one of my nails and added extra acrylic to my overlay and had the audacity to charge me! The tip of my fingertips were burnt by the drill. It was so bad I did not get polished or my French tip. I said Im done. I paid because I was on my lunch break and did not have time to get into a dispute. The young lady that did my pedicure did an amazing job.

Tina and Trisha really saved me from a disaster nail experience. They were polite and very experienced in their craft. Thank you sooo much. It was last minute but they stay open late, I would recommend them a 100 times over

I chose this salon because it had 4.8 stars and was close by. Although everyone seemed friendly, I felt that the pedicure was rushed. She did not scrub my heels at all (callous removal), so that was disappointing. She made a comment about how small my nails are or how short. I can't change that because that's what I was born with, so why say anything? Long toe nails are not my preference, so yeah, they're cut. The nail tech didn't really speak to me & was on her phone speaking in a foreign language. She was also speaking to the lady sitting next to me. We will see how long the polish lasts. I felt on my right foot, she did not put enough on the 4th toe. It may be off by tomorrow. Also, the hot stones and hot towel burned me. It was scalding hot. Overall, it was okay. (And charged extra for the French tip w/o telling me ahead of time.)
