I've taken a handful of drop-in classes on weekends there and loved each one. Classes were just full enough not to be crowded and to have ample choice of partners of different sizes. The women's gi bjj was phenomenal, loved my training partners and the drills. Pure joy and giggles while kicking butt on the mats! I also took a women's safety class one weekend and enjoyed that too. The Muay Thai was also great, learned new things, loved the drills and trained with male and female partners doing pad work, plus on other equipment, and enjoyed the class length and warmups. I was able to keep up as a newbie having trained a few months previously. Overall, my impression is the instructors are very experienced and kind, super attentive, clear and logical with their training instructions, and the students are respectful and serious about training. The facilities are huge, they have tons of equipment, and are kept sanitary and tidy. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There are people of all ages and walks of life training there, love the diversity. The owner is a world-class talent and on top of that just a great human being, he's a very friendly, wholesome, stand-up guy. Recommend this gym hands down!
