I had a really disappointing experience at this BevMo location. I was treated unfairly by an employee named Jeremy, and it felt like I was being socially profiled. Instead of being greeted or helped like other customers, I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I came in to make a normal purchase, but left feeling judged and disrespected. I’m sharing this because no customer should be made to feel that way. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with equal respect and professionalism, regardless of appearance or background.

When I went to the register tonight, a guy nearby started chatting up a female employee. So I stepped in line, and all of a sudden he was in my face, saying I cut the line, even though he was far away from the register. He clearly was trying to pick a fight. And all the employee did was smile and start to laugh. Not going back here again.

Very bad experience with one of the employee (wearing some strange things on neck)of this location. We were new there and didn’t know about their new rule so we were just asking her if it’s mandatory or not, she immediately call her supervisor and passing her false information saying that we are arguing with her. And I left to get whatever she asked for, my friends were still there waiting for me, they said her supervisor came and again she was giving false information to her. Thankfully when I came back her system got froze and we got another employee to help us. What I feel is she is kind of racist because she was talking nicely with other white lady. And she didn’t even waste her time to at least explain about rules. My suggestion for this store manager is ‘Please choose staff wisely, especially the one who directly interact with customers’.
