I work in customer service and it takes one employee to ruin it for the rest. The woman at the register is rude and this is my 3rd and last time I will deal with her.I go there almost weekly and Sarah was great . Always good service before but the day time cashier has ruined it at the end of experience.

Well, I placed an order online for a hard to find product, they completed the order, and I went to pick it up. It was the wrong product. Jackson, the store employee, figured it was fine even though it wasn't correct and fulfilled the order anyway. Juan, the manager, was unable to issue a refund and suggested I drive all the way back out the next day to get my refund as the GM would be there that day. Juan was really unhelpful, and Jackson was very defensive. I'm waiting to hear back from corporate. Hopefully, there will be some remedial training for how to complete orders so that others don't have to waste time and have their money hijacked. The 2 ladies in the store were lovely and helpful.

What a great place to shop. BevMo has a wide selection of wines and alcoholic beverages. I particularly like the little smaller miniaturized, so to speak, bottles of alcoholic beverages. I like to collector them, and BevMo has the best stock of the smaller bottles.

Great service great selection! If you're looking for a good selection of alcohol this is your place. Staff is super nice and helpful, they really go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need. I'm not the biggest wine connoisseur so being able to ask questions about different options is really helpful! Thank you for the help today guys really appreciate it!
