Al took great care of me, we've gotten tires here numerous times (and prior to that when it was California Tire). I've always been happy with the service here, and will continue to recommend them!

The service I received for a last minute tire replacement was professional and quick. I was able to ask questions about other car care items while my tires were being replaced. I felt the price was competitive and the staff was knowledgeable answering questions about the tires and other items. My first time using them for service, but will not be my last.

These guys are great. I have been going to this location for years. Have had service and bought new tires for many of my cars. Always knowledgable, courteous and friendly. Recently rotated my tires on a new (year old) EV. Surprise...no charge. They don't charge to fix flats either. Amazing. Could not be a better tire experience and they do other stuff also (oil changes, etc.). Great service.

On 12/2/25, I scheduled an appointment with Big Brand Tires on Pico for 12/3 at 12:30 pm. I was assured that the tire they ordered for me would arrive by 9:15 am on 12/3 which was well before my appointment time. Confident in their word, I showed up on time. Instead of service, I was greeted with delay. At 12:30 pm, AL, who was the customer service rep at the front desk informed me it would be “at least an hour" before they could help me. At 1:30 pm, after waiting patiently for an hour, I was told the tire they ordered for my car never arrived. The solution offered? A cheaper substitute tire—available only after another hour’s wait. When I reasonably requested that my car be serviced within 15 minutes (given the circumstances), AL responded by raising his voice and comparing the experience to waiting in a doctor’s for an appointment. He said, "When you go to the doctor, do you expect to get in immediately? "No, you have to wait like everybody else just like you do here." He then blamed the corporate office service center for overbooking their time which resulted in their inability to honor scheduled customer appointments. Professionalism gave way to condescension, and customer service was nowhere to be found in this customer service representative's communications. After more than two hours for a single tire replacement, I was nearly overcharged at checkout. The entire ordeal was a reminder that punctuality, respect, and basic courtesy are not optional in customer service—they are the service. Do yourself a favor: steer clear of Big Brand Tires on Pico. There are plenty of shops in Los Angeles that understand the meaning of an appointment and treat customers with respect.

I guess its ok to leave ~1000 dollars worth of my items out after closing after dropping them off today at ~2:30 and closing was at 4:00. Well done on the management revamp, I’ll be back😂
