Best service I’ve ever received. I was helped by Mike and he made the experience great and easy. He was very nice and helpful as well as the other staff and took great care with the car as well as Informing me of the repairs they had done. Great place and great people.

I needed an alignment right away, and was hoping not have to buy new tires. I took my car to Big Brand Tire & Service today Saturday afternoon, the car was done a couple of hours later. I didn’t have an appointment but they still work on my car and it now runs great. I highly recommend this shop. Their customer service is great, and their technicians/mechanic do excellent work. I’ll take my car here again.

I had gotten a screw in one of my tires, and of course knowing my luck it just happened to be a Sunday mind you, hardly anything is open. I passed by this shop everyday so I called to see if how much it would cost to get the screw out my tire. Then I noticed I didn't have my wallet. The homie that was working the front desk that day was like it's free. I was like I'm on my way.. anyway the guy was awesome. He was able to get me in and out. Great customer service I will definitely be back and I will definitely send people your way...

Kind people absolutely exist—and they work at Big Brand Tire & Service. Late Sunday afternoon, I ran over a bolt and rushed in because they were the only shop open. Even with just 30 minutes until closing, Jeremy and Victor kindly put on a spare so I could get to work the next morning. Jeremy then invited me back the next day for a proper patch, and I was helped immediately. The customer service here is truly top tier. Jeremy and Victor are knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely caring...their dedication to their craft did not go unnoticed. I’ll be back, and I highly recommend stopping by Big Brand Tire & Service and asking for these gentlemen. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you again.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place at All Costs I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Big Brand Tire & Service in Denver. I took my car there on a Sunday because it was having issues. I left the vehicle for them to diagnose the problem, and they promised to get back to me. They never called me with any updates—I had to chase them down myself every time I wanted information. The customer service was absolutely terrible from the start. By Tuesday, they told me the car was fixed and ready for pickup. I picked it up, but not even 15 minutes later, the car broke down again with the exact same issue. I called them immediately and was told to bring the car back, but they offered no assistance, no apology, and no guarantee for their work. Worse still, they charged me $179 for a “repair” that clearly didn’t happen. When I went back on Wednesday, they suddenly claimed the car had a different problem, which is simply not true—it was the exact same issue from the beginning. Their solution? They told me to take the car somewhere else. Completely unprofessional. I ended up going to another mechanic who confirmed what I already knew: Big Brand Tire & Service charged me for a job they didn’t do. I was basically scammed out of $179 and left with a still-broken car. This place is incompetent, dishonest, and disrespectful to their customers. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They should be held accountable for this kind of service. Honestly, this shop shouldn’t even be open.
