My experience with Big City Plumbing professionals was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. I was highly recommended to them & they did not disappoint. Rafaela's professionalism, knowledge & kindness quickly put me at ease from the moment I called. She was able to get my issue scheduled in a timely manner & went above & beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. Chris & Paul were amazing as well. Chris explained every detail about my plumbing issue & answered all my questions. Paul was a great help as well & he and Chris fixed the issue promptly. I also want to thank Patricia for calling & double checking that I didn't need a permit from the city, therefore saving me $150. I am so grateful to everyone at Big City. I highly recommend Big City Plumbing. Their customer service is excellent! Dispatcher Rafaela was polite and professional. I appreciated Rafaela calling me an hour before Luis and Chad were expected to arrive at my home. Luis and Chad arrived on time and did a great job installing my water softener. Luis took the time to answer all my questions and explained the benefits of the Preferred Customer Plan.
