Update: Well, as I suspected they lied about having rotated tires during my previous visit. The same front right I complained about loosing air that they failed to find the leak in went low again. So I brought the car back and this time they did find that it was leaking from the valve stem. At first I was told that the thing needed to be replaced to the tune of like $125 bucks. But then the tech managed to magically clean it at no charge. Well, thank you for that, I certainly appreciate it! So it's like that, you never know how it's going to go in this location. Original: They failed to diagnose a slow leak in the front passenger tire. Instead they blamed the TPMS sensors, saying that there is no leak, never mind that I actually have to pump this tire up monthly! Then I find the front passenger tire overinflated. Also the front passenger tire was missing a cap when I drove in and it was still missing it when I picked the car up. Call me paranoid but l have doubts that they did a tire rotation that I asked for.

I visited this place to get just a tire rotation, but unfortunately, I ended up with a broken car and $194 less in my pocket. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, even though it’s the only place open on Sundays. Save your money and your peace of mind. I had the “great idea” to get my tire rotation on a Sunday at this place. I took my car there, and they suggested an alignment as well. I got my car back two hours later, but when I left, it was completely damaged. The steering wheel had gone out of control. I immediately drove back as fast as I could. Jessie, the manager, asked me to leave the car and told me to call him the next day to see what had happened. I did call him, but Jessie wasn’t there, and no one gave me an answer until 3 pm. They were asking me to replace certain parts, but I didn’t trust their expertise. After all, they had performed an alignment on bent parts, so it needed to be repaired first. I took the car to another place and had it fixed there. Jessie tells everyone who is unhappy that “sometimes things don’t go as we expect.” I paid $194 to have an alignment performed before they diagnosed other damage that I clearly didn’t know about. I costed me tow , repair and two different diagnostic in different places.

I've used this location to get expensive tires and was pleased with the service provided. Their website promises that they will check your brakes, check your battery, check your alignment while you're getting your tires computer balanced and mounted and they do that all in such a short time it doesn't even seem like it's possible. I know a lot of auto repair places would use those free services to pressure upsell you items you may not need but I did not get that from John at the front desk counter. He let me know the condition of my brakes but there was no high pressure upselling, just him giving me useful information, and I appreciate that.

Do not get your car serviced here for anything! Extremely sketchy place I brought in my car and while my vehicle was being fixed in an open area, I walk past my vehicle then I was yelled at and told that I cannot see how or watch what they where doing to my vehicle. Keep in mind this is an open space you need to walk past the cars in order to get in and out. They were extremely suspicious so I went to my vehicle to see what was going on, I could see that the lights for the vehicle were twitching, they didn’t want me to see there bad work that they could not fix. I was told to either get out the way or take my car and get out. So I just took my car and left. I will never be coming back here ever again.

They are just arbitrarily rude here. Lack professional demeanor. I would not go back. Act like giving you any information is an inordinate burden.
