When talking with a friend about fixing his flat tire, I got to retrospect about my experience 2 years ago in this shop. I went there asking to fix my scooter tire and he rudely interrupted me with a smirk and told me to leave and look for another place. The quality of such a brief interaction was very degrading. I hope one day they learn the etiquette of dealing with customers.

I visited about three or four months ago. On the first day, when I arrived, he told me he wasn’t available and asked me to come back the next day. He also made it clear that he doesn’t like repeating himself. At first, I thought his attitude was unusual. When I returned the following day, he started fixing my flat tire, which had a sidewall issue that most places wouldn’t even touch and while he worked, he chatted with me a bit. That’s when I realized he’s different, but he clearly knows what he’s doing. He ended up saving me money, and since then, I haven’t had any issues with my tire pressure. If you’re looking for someone who can genuinely help you and save you money, I would recommend this shop.

Honestly the worst customer service anyone could receive. Randy was rude and disrespectful to my wife. She went in for a simple flat tire repair and he tried to say she needed a new tire. The tire was new just purchased at Fountain tire Michelin cross climate . Keep in mind this was a simple nail in the tread flat repair. He said the tire was ruined and she needed a new tire. She called me and I said don’t get him to fix it we will take it to Fountain tire. That’s what we did 20 minutes later fully patched and on the car. So much for needing a new tire. Thanks Randy for living up to your reviews.
