Not for kids under 2y old I want to be upfront and say that we didn't get the chance to order any food here. My review here is only so it catches the attention of fellow parents, and hopefully Bill's management so they can figure out a better workaround. We visited the restaurant on a busy Sunday afternoon with our toddler who had just started her morning nap 5 mins before we were seated. She normally sleeps through most noises but we weren't prepared for what was about to happen. We were seated at the far end inside, which is a small space with 3 tables. And a neighboring table was celebrating a birthday. The staff started banging a drum in that enclosed space, as part of the birthday celebration. To be clear, I'm not criticizing Bill's heritage of celebrating birthdays/special events. The wait staff could've been considerate of the neighboring tables and given us a heads up so we could take our toddler outside. We weren't the only ones to be shocked, the third table also had kids who were startled.

Great place to have breakfast, service is quick and friendly. The food is lovely and the atmosphere is enjoyable to be in. I really like the pancakes they make.

I had just finished having a walk at Rose Garden and was looking for food nearby and saw this on Google maps. Went there with no expectations. It's busy on a Saturday afternoon! Had the eggs benedict with hash browns and was pleasantly surprised! It was Delicious!!!

Bill’s Café in Willow Glen is a breakfast gem! The pancakes are huge (like, seriously huge) and the omelets are packed with flavor and fillings. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and everything tastes homemade. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel welcome—and full. Highly recommend for a relaxed, satisfying brunch!

Classic Brunch spot with multiple Bay Area locations. You definitely can't go wrong with what they serve. Highly recommend their skillets and eggs benedicts with homemade hash browns. They also have unlimited black coffee that they refill in your mug! They're speedy (
