*Unprofessional and Misleading Service and No Results, Then Threats* I hired this private investigation company to conduct what was supposed to be a simple background check on one individual located in a neighboring country. Before taking payment, they assured me they had the capability to obtain this information. However, after the job began it became clear that they were unable to produce even the most basic leads or verifiable information. Instead of delivering results, I received vague responses and delays, despite the request involving only a single person. When I began asking reasonable questions about the lack of progress, they repeatedly suggested that I pay for more of their time so they could potentially obtain the information I needed, even though no real progress had been demonstrated on the original request. When I expressed dissatisfaction and said I would share my experience, their tone changed and they began making statements implying that they would not allow me to speak out about their conduct or share what had happened. That type of response is extremely concerning. Clients deserve transparency, honesty about capabilities before payment is accepted, and the freedom to discuss their experiences without being threatened or intimidated.

This company represents everything wrong with the investigative industry. The owner operates with deception and desperation, taking advantage of clients through misrepresentation of services, intentional deception, and failure to deliver contracted work. What appears to be a professional operation is, in reality, a pattern of dishonesty and manipulation. He hides behind a false sense of confidence and poorly written contracts that hold no legal weight. These contracts are deliberately designed to intimidate clients, discourage disputes, and threaten that refunds will be void if you speak out. However, no legitimate business can contract away responsibility for fraudulent or deceptive practices, and that’s exactly what happens here. The conduct of the owner is disrespectful, verbally aggressive, and profoundly unprofessional. When challenged, his demeanor changes instantly, he becomes defensive, immature, and avoids accountability. He presents himself as knowledgeable, yet his communication style and behavior show a lack of maturity, judgment, and professionalism. We personally witnessed how he treated his own co-owner, speaking down to her in an unprofessional and demeaning way that revealed insecurity, not leadership. Serena Nichols, his co-owner, was professional, kind, and remorseful. She was transparent. The so-called positive reviews seen online do not accurately reflect the true nature of this operation, which relies on false promises, pressure tactics, and intimidation. What we experienced included fabricated hours, fabricated charges, constant upselling, and complete silence after payment. This was not a misunderstanding; it was a deliberate scheme to take money without performing services. I have reported the matter to the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division, the Travis County District Attorney, the Federal Trade Commission, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Texas Office of Private Security (TOPS). I am also taking action to have the license reviewed and revoked by the proper authorities, so they are fully aware of how this business is being operated. Consumers deserve to know the truth. I strongly encourage anyone who has had similar experiences with this business to report it as well. Accountability is coming. Side Note: The fact that you are online and deliberately claimed to have worked 30 hours is honestly laughable. Thirty hours in a single day? Impressive! Your review actually supports my case perfectly, so thank you for that. I’ve already saved a screenshot for my records. I also did a bit of background research, very telling. Next time, try not to oversell yourself. It comes across as quite tasteless. And just a reminder, videos and photos can be altered to match false timestamps. We have proof of that as well. Lol, again, truly laughable.
