Love the ambiance with nice inviting seating, big windows for natural light and a little peek of san diego downtown vibes. . Got myself a ice caramel salted latte, with oat milk and less sweet. It was an enjoyable drink sitting down enjoying the nice surrounding. . Service was quick to take the order and got my drink quickly. First sip was great and loved it. . Overall i would come back to this location due to the area is close to everything like little italy and the cruise port. Also lots of wonderful restaurants and cafes near by as well. The latte was really good. The staff were friendly. They had free wifi and free water. The voice was medium to quiet. A very nice place to work at!

We tried the Single Origin Cold Brew and a Cappuccino and both were excellent. The coffee was ready in just a few minutes, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. There is plenty of seating, making it easy to relax. The drinks were smooth and flavorful without any sharp or acidic taste. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves quality coffee and a comfortable atmosphere.

Visiting from out of town and one of the best coffee and food experiences my wife and I have had in SD! The coffee and ice coffee were delicious and made just right. The brioche breakfast sandwich is amazing! So much flavor! And not too overpowering! Def recommend!

This place knows coffee, and you can taste it in every sip. I got a latte and it was perfect — smooth, rich, and beautifully balanced. Plus, the latte art was so pretty I almost didn’t want to drink it (but I did, and I loved it 😄). The vibe inside is super chill, and you can tell they really care about where their beans come from. I even picked up a bar of single-origin chocolate they had on display, and it paired so well with the coffee. If you’re a coffee lover or just looking for a cozy spot to take a break, Bird Rock is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back!
