Had a great experience with Diana at Bishops Cuts and Color, went from long hair to super short, like a pixie cut. Diana is a very good listener and very patient, taking the time to talk to me about what I wanted and making suggestions for my hair type and texture to help me achieve the look I was going for. It came out better than I expected, and I’m very happy with the result! Never had short hair before but I think I’m gonna keep it like this for a while :)

Diana completely transformed my hair over the last 6 months! Got two long cuts, which basically included a quick wash, quick blowout + style, and a *ton* of advice for how to take care of my new hair for ONLY $60 EACH (not incl. tip)!!! Frankly, she should be charging more. From everything I can tell Diana does an excellent job with mid-length shag cuts and bangs of all kinds (among many other styles). Extremely friendly and communicative; even when I was indecisive we figured it out. Bishops is very queer- friendly and understanding. I've never been happier (and more euphoric) with my hair.

I provided the staff with a picture of the cosplay character, showing all yellow hair and wearing all yellow shorts. I also gave them a blonde wig to dye yellow.When I returned to pick it up the staff showed me a wig that was yellow but with a burnt orange highlights. I asked her why she added the highlights and she replied that she thought it looked better. I asked why she didn’t call me to ask if it was okay to add highlights and she just stared at me. No apology or explanation . Just a blank stare. I returned the next day to pick it up and it looked fine without all the added highlights that I never asked for. But at least she gave me a zero discount for the extra trip.

I went to get a root touch-up and a haircut a few days ago. My stylist was rushed by the manager even though I had an appointment reserved. My stylist was really nice, but I could tell she was feeling a little rushed. They dyed my roots to be a different color than the rest of my hair. I asked for a layered v cut but the lengths are randomly long and short. After the cut, I wasn’t given a chance to look at the result before they curled my hair. I was also charged the full price of $400 for a dye even though it was supposed to be just a root touch up and cut. I tried contacting them for several days at different times of the day to tell them, but they haven’t picked up their phone once. The quality is not what I expect from a $400 service.

Thank you to Kat who fixed up my hair! It looks so fluffy and even now :) Bishops is a great go to place for touch ups. She was very kind and helpful, informing me on how to keep my hair looking great. Love!
