Paid for 3 private lessons, got 2. Instructor was great, but the office ghosted us, no replies to calls or emails. Outdated scheduling, zero follow-through. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Excellent class! My wife and I took their 8 hour Driver Improvement Program to lower our auto insurance premiums. The classroom was warm and welcoming (including free treats). The course content (provided by AAA) was relevant and educational. And, the instructor was well-informed and well-spoken. Highly recommended...
