When it comes to the customer service of the drivers, I’d definitely give this service 5 stars. They were prompt, friendly, and very patient. What upsets me about this service is that the booking is very confusing and it’s very difficult to get in touch with anyone. I requested their service to take my 75 year old mother and aunt to a wedding. As you can see in my confirmation I requested a sedan vehicle and put in the notes who it was for. I was mortified to find out that they showed up both times with a Cadillac SUV. Finding out that my mother and aunt had to climb into that vehicle at 75 years old was really upsetting. I also drive an SUV and was trying to avoid them having to do that. I could have saved the $350 and just did it myself. My SUV would have actually been easier since it is smaller than a Cadillac. I tried calling their service multiple times but have not been able to reach anyone about it. I won’t be using this service again.

This trip was for my son’s Senior Prom! From beginning to end, his trip was exceptional, and the cost was beyond reasonable!! Thank you to both Rhonda and Sarah! Rhonda’s communication setting up the car and driver exceeded my expectations and Sarah was simply amazing!! We will definitely reserve again!
