Black tip swimming school is by far the best! My daughter and son are excellent swimmers because of the coaches. We got referred here from a previous coach Who used to work there. I cannot express my gratitude towards these coaches, especially MK, Kathryn, and Kirsten. My daughter adored her coach MK! She Is an excellent swimmer, professional, playful, and overall a wonderful coach! A real big shout out to the manager on site, Katheryn. She’s professional, personable, and a pleasure to collaborate with my kids lessons. Anytime I had a concern it was immediately addressed. Anytime our son was uncooperative Kathryn worked with us to get with a coach that work a little bit more tailored to his needs. It worked out perfectly. Anytime we had to Reschedule they were very flexible. We do plan on coming back during the winter break. Thank you to Katheryn and MK for a great experience. We wish you all the best!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Blacktip Swim School! The lessons feel truly personalized, coaches meet kiddo exactly where she is and cheer her on as she grows. They’re always warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see her walk through the door. Most importantly, she feels safe in the water and has so much fun learning. We've had both kiddos here for a couple of years and it's been great. It's wonderful to see the skill growth. The staff has been easy to work with and overall we're glad we chose this swim school.

We LOVE Blacktip Swim School! The instructors are super sweet and knowledgeable. It's a great place for kids to learn how to swim and be safe in a pool.

The staff here is truly amazing. Everyone is welcoming and I honestly enjoy coming in. I started adult swim lessons with Kathryn, and she taught me so much. I’m an overthinker, and she’s great at explaining things when I get stuck in my own head and at finding different ways to approach something when I’m struggling. You can tell the other students feel the same way about her. I was so impressed by her teaching that I made sure she was also teaching my daughter. My daughter absolutely adores her and has learned a lot. When my daughter gets distracted, she’s able to redirect her in a fun way without making it stressful, which I really appreciate. She also tailored her lessons to her strengths. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving, because I had hoped my daughter could continue lessons here longer because of the staff. Unfortunately, the way upper management handled their marketing and a recent issue made me unsure about continuing as a customer. Even though we were eventually able to reach a resolution, the back and forth left a bad taste, and it felt like it shouldn’t have taken escalation to get there.I won’t go into details because I don’t want to take the focus off the staff. They’re the reason the drive across town was worth it and I’m really grateful for them.

With the help of Blacktip Swim School we hosted a large birthday party for my 11 year old twins. This was an excellent place to bring a large group of energetic kids. The staff was very kind and easy to work with. The pricing is very reasonable. The kids had a blast!
