Do not order from this place. The bouquet for a funeral arrived a day late, after the service had already taken place. I provided the proportions of the bouquet shown in the photo, and the man said it was correct, but it was actually a $25.00 bouquet that I paid $211.00 for. I received confirmation from Fleur Québec Canada for my order, and the tracking was handled by Bollmex. So they are no better.

Worst ever. First time we ordered my mother received cookies. Second time she received flowers that didn’t even come close to the pic online. I gave them one star because she at least received flowers.

The worst scam in the universe! If I could give it 0/5, I would. Never order from this company. I'm still waiting for my refund of over $100 and I've never received it, and they're still sending me promo codes to get me to order again! They're complete clowns.

The flowers ordered are shown in the first photo, and the flowers received are shown in the second. The picture speaks for itself; it's shameful. I admit that same-day delivery is a great service, but if it comes at the expense of the bouquet's quality, it's better to wait and choose a reputable florist.
