Update Customer service responded the same day once more and fixed the problem. After discussing the matter they suggested to replace the chair that was damaged by delivery service as the product was clearly just unpacked. Thank you This is how the chair was delivered, and as we opened the box later than 3 days after the delivery to find it out they just answered us to fix the problem ourselves. Worst customer experience ever!
