I had an excellent experience at Blueprint Cafe. The food was absolutely tantalizing....full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with care. Every bite was a reminder of why this place stands out. What truly elevated the experience was the service. Imani was phenomenal.....professional, warm, and attentive without being intrusive. She checked on me numerous times to make sure everything was perfect, which made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Her attention to detail and welcoming energy made the entire visit even more enjoyable. Impeccable service, amazing food, and great vibes. I’ll definitely be back!

My girlfriends and I came across this place by accident. We just wanted to grab a bite to eat before hitting the road after attending the Burna Boy concert in Newark the night before. We googled a few spots close to our Airbnb and decided on this one. I’m so glad we did. Food was good. A variety of vegan options and the server even made some suggestions. The service was courteous, friendly and warm. The atmosphere was adorable . They even had a Dj that started playing some tunes we could groove to. I loved everything about this place. I will make sure I visit again if I’m in the Newark area.

We ordered the vegan chicken and waffles, the banana pancakes, the skillet side (potatoes and eggs) the matcha, chamomile mint tea, and. Chai tea to go. The food is good, and the chai and matcha are fantastic. Like the ingredients they use for the matcha and chai and the tea are quality. I would definitely come back and try more menu items. I should also say the staff are nice too!

Work brought me to the area and I stopped by for an afternoon refuel. The location was fairly unassuming but maybe that’s just me being used to the Northwest. I found it to be a wonderful establishment juxtaposed by the dense (but neat) industrial area. Better parking and interior space than I’ve grown accustomed to around here, wonderful separation and options for seating, service was quick and they’re very considerate. Last of all but most importantly, they’ve officially taken first place for best dirty chai this side of the Mississippi. Creamy but balanced, slight anise flavor that’s just perfect if you like that. Check it out. Food menu looks great just didn’t have time.

A true gem hidden in a rather industrial neighborhood! This is why I love using GoogleMaps to find places to eat when we travel: a wide selection of original salads, burgers, sandwiches, smoothies and crafted coffees and teas in a very hip setting, minutes from 95. I am writing the review so we can find this place again next time we travel this way.
