Josh did my initial assessment, and my breaker board was fried in certain areas. My house was built in the 1990s and it had to be replaced ASAP! Jack came out the next morning and replaced the whole board. I really appreciate Josh's concerns about replacing it before it was worst case scenario, like catching on fire. He was not bullshitting me as he pointed out melted spots on the board.
