The video that they promote when doing a consultation it’s not what you receive when you get to the consultation so just be prepared for that. The building is pretty easy to find the staff was nice, but they didn’t do what the video said.

I had a 10:30 AM appointment at this location. I drove from Santa Cruz and arrived early. I was barely acknowledged in the time I was there, and 15 minutes later was told somebody would be with me in a few minutes. At 11 AM I decided to leave, as I only have one day off a week and have other things I needed to do. Very disappointed by this experience. This is already an embarrassing situation for me.

Mr Edgar Silva was very good at explaining every aspect of your services. He was thorough, clear, and had impeccable manners to make us feel comfortable and not patronized. If I can find the appropriate ways to finance the costs of the procedure, I will definitely go ahead with his recommendations.

I wish I could comment on the actual result of the procedure, but I ended up not having it done. I did, however, have an excellent experience with the initial consultation with Alex in San Jose. Very professional, forthright, and low-pressure. He was happy to share his personal experiences with Bosley transplant, and I was absolutely sold on the procedure, provider and price. My spouse, sadly, was not. I'm back to shaving bald, but would have certainly gone through it had I been approved by the "Boss." Maybe someday, Bosley... some day... :D
