Do not book here - Customer service is a joke, they do not respond to any emails or phone calls regarding questions for bouncy castle already booked. I booked them for my wedding but recently cancelled and went with much better company. I have just recently heard they haven't shown up to places absolutely shocking, Customers deserve high quality service and this place is rubbish not happy at all and will be taking this further

From my first point of contact, until I said goodbye...the service, responds to my requests and professionalism I received was second to none...nothing was too much trouble. So much so, that they allowed me to hire their Rodeo Bull at night on Easter Sunday, for a country and western night!!! I can't thank everyone at this company enough and I'm already planning my next theme night, so I can use them again real soon as everyone had a ball. Thanks again guys...keep up the good work ;)
