Don’t go here on a weekday morning when they open at 10. That seems to be when school trips are going on and it’s very chaotic. Besides that, I probably won’t be revisiting this location. We came in at 10, there were no lanes available until 12 so we left and made a reservation for 12:15 and came back. We were placed upstairs as that was the only lane available since the field trips were still on going. We ordered some food within the first hour of us being there. Now since we haven’t been here before or bowled in years, we weren’t sure if the food was brought to us or not. After about 20 mins my husband goes downstairs to see what’s going on only to find our food sitting there cold, he had to ask them to reheat it. He said they were brining food to other lanes so I’m still not sure if they were suppose to bring it or not. Then about an hr later as the kids cleared out, all the lights came on, the music stopped and the vibes totally just changed…was not expecting that. We paid for a 2 hr session and at about the 1 hr mark, our screen shut down without notice. As my husband and I are standing there watching each other and watching our phones for the time, a worker on the floor proceeds to tell us that they moved us to a different lane. I haven’t bowled since middle school so I was like oh ok, cool…must be normal. So we proceeded to the lane further down and carried on with our game. The next 45 mins I watched as a group of older ladies were set up at the lanes we were at, they used up abt 4-6 so I assume they moved us for that party. THEN comes the icing on the cake for me. The 2 lanes next to us became occupied by another group of older people. Mind you my husband and I were playing recreationally…no fancy running to the lane, arms out wide with the ball, bending on one leg to let go type of thing. My husband takes the ball, walks up to the lane to throw and the gentleman next to him proceeds to yell at him that you don’t step in front of someone running with their ball. He then returns to the seating area with his ball having a tantrum, mumbling about how he told us. The lady he was with had to tell him “you don’t have to get all upset.” If nothing prior to this irritated me, this was it. For the last 15 mins, I was mortified to move and finish our game because I felt like I would get scolded by grandpa. I say all this to say…they need a system where people playing recreationally with no rules or form can enjoy playing without worrying about these “professional” groups.

I usually come in the nights but my kids wanted to bowl so we decided on getting the $10 special. I must say during the day is quieter and better service. Kudos to Shivanie and Makayla for taking care of my children since one of them was celebrating a birthday, we got a birthday shoutout and my daughter was very happy. Food was great we had wings and pizza, drinks was also good. I will definitely be back. If I could’ve given more than 5 stars I would.

I am not the type of person to post bad reviews however I have to lay this one down. I love going to bowl 360 especially the one at ozone park but lastnight was my last visit. Horrible management, doesn’t know how to speak to customers, our lane had an error for about 10 minutes approached the lady at the desk she said someone will come fix the lane took a while before our lane was working. If you want good service and good music I advise you to take your money else where.

So my experience at 360 bowling was terrible the manager was disrespectful they had. Me and my disable sister had to walk up and down the stairs because they said the line was being fixed I waited an hour for my food when my food come I was walking out and the manager was walking behind me with the food I explained to her that I didn't want the and she stated they there is no. Refund and I couldn't get my money back but I didn't receive my food so how so I said it's cool I'm just gonna dispute it with my bank she stated the manager the I can do what I want but the Bank is not give me my money because all she have to do is tell them I got my food when I didn't I will never go there again floor was dirty and all
