From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcomed and celebrated, which made such a special day even more magical. The biggest thank you goes to Xochitl, who helped me find my dress. She was so kind, genuine, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. You can instantly tell she truly loves what she does and lights up when helping brides. She listened to what I liked, encouraged me to try things I might not have picked for myself, and somehow managed to make the entire experience feel calm, joyful, and so personal. She helped create such a beautiful moment when I finally said yes to my dress. My family and I were all emotional, and I honestly don’t think the experience would have been the same without her warmth and enthusiasm.
