Ray was very helpful and had a quick turnaround time to pickup, repair, and drop off my TV! I called him on Monday, he picked it up on Tuesday, and he brought my TV back on Friday. I paid $335, including $60 for pickup/delivery and $250 for the labor and parts, which is much cheaper than paying for a new TV. He also included a free 3 month warranty on the repair which I wasn’t aware of initially but am very glad to have just in case. I highly recommend this Bright Electronics if you need your TV repaired!
