I’ve been going to Arti for almost two years, and every appointment has been amazing. She’s professional, gentle, and incredibly skilled at her craft. Arti really took the time to understand what I wanted and transformed my patchy brows with lamination, tinting, and threading. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been to this brow artist several times, and while my initial experiences were positive — especially the first and third appointments — my most recent visit left me disappointed and frustrated. When I first came in, my brows were very thin, and she did a great job helping me grow them out and shape them beautifully. I appreciated her attention to detail and the way she brought my brows back to life. That’s why I trusted her enough to come back for a simple two-week cleanup before an upcoming vacation. During this recent visit, I asked for a small touch-up on my right brow only. Instead, she began thinning out my left brow, which I had previously told her was my favorite and didn’t need any work. When I asked why she did that, she said she needed to “level them out.” I was confused, as this wasn’t necessary in previous visits, and I had made it clear that I was happy with how they looked. The result was uneven, with one brow overly arched and thinned out, and the other much straighter. I understand that no one is perfect, but what made it worse was the dismissive attitude. Rather than acknowledging the miscommunication or apologizing, she referred to my brows as “patchy” and reminded me she’s “not a machine.” I didn’t express concerns about density — it was the shape that bothered me. I left feeling even worse than I came in, and now I’ll have to wait nearly two months for my brows to grow back before they can be reshaped. At the end of the appointment, she told me she may not continue doing my brows going forward, which at this point, I accept. I truly loved how she shaped them before, but the inconsistency and lack of accountability in this last session were disappointing. I’ve attached photos showing the difference — one taken on April 22 and the most recent from May 11. I don’t typically leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share an honest experience.

Arti is a miracle worker. I’ve had a long and rough eyebrow journey. Arti has helped my brows grow in correctly and they look amazing every time I leave. She’s the only brow specialist I would recommend after trying many.

I’m extremely picky when it comes to my eyebrows, and I can confidently say Arti is the best in town! Every time, she gets them just right shaped perfectly and exactly how I like them. Moved to Houston a few months ago and needed someone who could do eyebrow threading. I found Arti and the search was over! She never fails to make my eyebrows look perfect (first pic) and takes her time to make sure I am pleased. I have also gotten a full set of eyelash extensions (second pic) and LOVED them. Recently got my eyelashes tinted and lifted which I also loved because it made my eyelashes look fake when i put on mascara (third and fourth pic)! Overall if you need a place to go definitely see Arti!!
