Never in my life have I experienced service this poor. Three employees actively attempted to discourage me from having my car washed, which is both surprising and unacceptable. It was clear that none of them understood even the most basic principles of customer service or business operations. For a business that appears to be struggling, turning customers away is the fastest path to closure. The issue did not seem to be a lack of capability, but rather a lack of willingness to work. I sincerely hope the owner addresses this situation, as a business is only as strong as its employees. At present, this establishment is falling far short of that standard.

Been here a few times with out issue. Not sure what happened today, but the car wash chemically burned my clear coat. Manager wouldn't even offer me a refund.

Lopez did an amazing job! I had a ton dog hair and I'm always impressed. Thank you! Bought a package to return again 4 more times. Always have had impressive service. People think I got a new car!

Extremely efficient and cost effective. They can do in 20 minutes what used to take me hours. Started using them in 2025 and wish I had started years ago. Get the most expensive package to essentially get pro detailing. All the other packages are well with the price too.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, YOU’D REGRET FOR YOUR MONEY. First time here to experience the worst car wash service I’ve ever had and would never come back again, also would warn people around me to not go there ever. I paid the highest price for a full service car wash, and when the guy told me it’s done, it turned out they never attempted the trunk, and when I ask them to clean it, they just cleaned partially and still left large areas with dust and dirt, and told me those are not covered in my service and they are unable to be cleaned…… excuse me? Does anyone send their car to a full service car wash just to expect partial of their car to be cleaned? Ironically, I took their towel and wiped those spots off myself, and the dirt came off easily, they just simply didn’t do their job and with a very bad attitude toward their clients. As I further checked around my car, it’s very noticeable that there are a lot lot lot more spots that the people didn’t work on at all, such as the vents, the door, the wiper holder, the seats (the parts they clearly indicated in their service that will be taken care of but in reality they were not). Very disappointed, and certainly not worth the money.
