We had the pleasure of working with Buffalo Gals for our wedding back in August of 2025. Everything from coordinating the tasting, selecting our menu, processing payments, having our final walk through at the venue and down to the turn out of the meal on our wedding day could not have been any better. We had Paul with us through almost the whole process. His response time was excellent along with customer service, professionalism and kindness. We are still receiving feedback on the food from our night. Thank you so much to everyone at Buffalo gals especially Paul!!!! I recommend buffalo gals to all of my clients who are wedding planning!

Paul, Lauren, and the Buffalo Gals team were absolutely incredible to work with for our catering and bartending services. We just had our wedding in October, and not only did the entire staff do an amazing job, it was also the best food I have ever had at a wedding. All our guests said the same. The bartenders were so much fun, and brought great vibes the whole evening. Would highly, highly recommend Buffalo Gals for your catering and bartending!!!

Buffalo gals catered our wedding in September, and we cannot say enough amazing things about the food! Many of our guests said it’s the best wedding food they’ve ever had, and they LOVED having the grill onsite! Paul was such a dream to work with, and was always quick to answer my random 9:00pm emails. They also gave us POUNDS of food to bring home, so we had incredible leftovers for days! Cannot recommend Buffalo Gals enough, especially for folks getting married in the Salida/BV area of Colorado.

Phenomenal caterer! Didn't know wedding food could be so good! Their food is so fresh, we (and our wedding guests) loved seeing them grill the food. Their tenderloin was so high quality it felt like I could have ordered it at a nice resturaunt and gotten the same quality. The level of service was amazing-getting the food out quick and efficiently. They also serve warm and fresh bread that was a huge hit. Couldn't say enough good things-exceeded expectations 100%
