this place is overpriced and overhyped went here for a free trial with my friend most of the employees don’t even look like they have ever had a gym membership in their lives .. atleast hire fit looking people if you want to see more memberships we also tried out the childcare not a fan of the big lady who looks Constance from monster house

I’m a working mom who used to do all sorts of crazy workouts and training plans but felt lost for years after experiencing a couple of bad injuries. Now with Burn I still get challenging workouts supported by motivating coaches who are always ready with alternate movements if I need them, and only 45 min? With childcare? And lots of classes during convenient times? Literally could not make it easier for me to attend! I’m really enjoying getting my strength and physique back - love love this place.

The Burn Workout is challenging, but you can feel a difference in improvements in your body. All the coaches are motivating without being overbearing. Their style makes you want to push yourself harder.I would recommend this style of workout to anyone wanting great results. They have conditioning and strength days, it is never the same workout, and it is adjustuble to different levels. The floating floor is a big plus in my opinion. And everyone is very welcoming and friendly.

LOVE this gym! The group fitness format is incredibly motivating. Every workout is different, challenging, and designed to push you in the best way. The trainers are energetic, encouraging, and always push you to be your best, no matter your fitness level. I immediately saw changes in my body within two weeks and quickly saw muscle tone in my arms and legs! One of the biggest blessings has been the Childwatch services. As a parent, having a safe, fun space for my toddler while I get my workout in has made all the difference. The staff is so caring and attentive — my daughter actually looks forward to coming with me.

Burn Boot Camp has been such a great experience. Emily and Caleb are awesome trainers who made me feel included right from the start and continue to do a fantastic job motivating me at every workout. The owner is also super sweet and genuinely seems to enjoy chatting and getting to know everyone. Highly recommend!
