Busy bees has very good customer service, prompt and reliable. I obtained an appointment for 4pm, I needed a new fob. Chris was speedy Gonzalez; I got there at 3:40 and by 4 o’clock I was driving home. My co-worker Stacy referred them. So far Santee and Fairmount are the place to go😊I’m sure they have great service at all their locations. I am totally recommending them to anyone that needs car keys or fobs. I’ve been using busy bees for over a decade. They have never ever let me down. They have come to buy rescue in both residential and commercial properties as a real estate agent and I actually never thought of them for vehicle service. After five hours with AAA I called busy bee to see if they could recommend anyone for auto and they came out to save the day. Toni was phenomenal and set the expectations of what will happen when a key needs to get programmed. He stayed on it and Even came back in the morning to ensure the password would engage and we were taken care of. Horrible company. We had our 2010 Chevy Impala ignition key and new fob from Busy Bee created about 6 months ago. Just This week the ignition key Busy Bee crafted BROKE OFF AT THE TIP INSIDE THE IGNITION. THIS IS THE IGNITION KEY BUSY BEE created. My husband has MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS and now he is stranded without a key and all because of Busy Bee. They do not care and now we must purchase a WHOLE NEW IGNITION SWITCH!!
