Such great service! Absolutely fair prices and i especially appreciate the honesty. It was evident that they fixed exactly what was wrong and didn't try to mislead or upsell me.

I took my BMW in for new brake pads and was very happy with the care they took with my car. They were also extremely flexible with my timeline, which I really appreciated. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Very dishonest people working there. I went there to replace my AC compressor which they charged me $1100 plus other additional cost of freon etc. In the process they damaged my radiator and tried to glue it. After driving off the garage, the glue came off and the radiator started leaking profusely. I called them when I discovered that they glued it and they asked me to tow the car over to their garage. When I got there they started telling me it was almost damaged and the mechanic accidentally damaged it completely. I asked them why didn't they tell me and put me at risk driving a vehicle that the radiator was glued knowing that it will not last long. They asked that I should get the radiator and they will install. I did but that didn't stop the problem. They damaged my Thermostat housing and that started leaking also. I went back there and they told me if I buy the part, they will install everything for $175. I bought the part and brought it to them and left the car with them on Saturday. Came back on Monday after work to pick up vehicle and they had a $485 bill. The installation charge changed from $175 to $225.15;with no explanation. They added a hose that I did not talk with them about. They also charge me for Antifreeze knowing fully well that the leakage was due to their negligence. When I got there the lady Krystal Sanchez who made the price agreement has left. The gentleman I met told me he does not know anything about the charges. A calculated act to force you to either pay or come back the following day to meet her. Just a group of dishonest individuals. Be careful when you take your car there. Be sure they don't damage or switch your parts in order for you to come back there to be charge for problems you never had.

It's summer and everyone knows how hot it can get here in San Antonio. I had been contemplating for a month about getting my A/C fixed and where to go. So while at work I called this shop. I asked if I'd be able to get a complete A/C kit installed and an oil change. At that time it was 9am. I got off at 4pm and headed to the shop. Surprisingly my vehicle was just being brought from a test run. ONLY TOOK6 HOURS AND I WAS RIDING "COOL" AGAIN. THANKS CD Auto
