By the time William Caldwell, owner, came to give us an estimate on various aspects of updating our kitchen I was on my last nerve because so many contractors and handymen had come through, took notes about the job, and then - crickets! He was the very first one to give us an actual price on installing our new microwave/oven combo, which wasn’t going to be easy. The appliance is about 2/16ths of an inch wider than the opening it needed to go in. I thought William’s price was fair, given the difficulty of the job, but my husband thought it was too high. I lost it and stormed off. In the end my husband saw reason and we had William’s guys, Danny and Jared install our new appliance. They were awesome! We would work with them again anytime, and may be doing so for the rest of the kitchen remodel in the near future.

Caldwell repaired the siding on my garage. Couldn't be happier. On-time, on-budget, cleaned up the mess, super easy to work with. Can't ask for more than that, and very rare these days!!!

We have used Caldwell for multiple projects over many years from small to large. We have had Caldwell fix a leak in our bathroom. They only demo/took apart what they needed to diagnose a problem and then the fix is specific to what is needed, no up-selling or pressure to move forward. The leak was fixed that day and they did a great job with the drywall patching and matching the finish to the existing wall. When we had water leaking in our garage, while some companies said they need to take apart the wall and x dollars per hour, Caldwell was the only ones that said, let’s wait, and narrow down the source of the issue. They did a water test to narrow down the issue before proceeding. Overtime, this led to a major job. We had two new windows, a lot of dry rot repair and re-stucco our house over a 2 month period. After the quote, they told us to take our time (quote was valid for 30 days and included a smaller and larger scale of the project based on our budget) and we had the time and space to get other quotes. They were responsive when we had follow up questions. Throughout the work, they were quick to reply to text messages/phone calls, and have regular check-in’s throughout. If I ever sent questions, I would get a call or visit the next day to discuss any questions. On Nextdoor when people ask for a contractor, I always see Caldwell getting mentioned, and we will continue to use them in the future, hopefully, for more fun projects like a kitchen remodel rather than fixing leaks and rot.

I recently had water leaking into an electrical outlet in my home. I sent a picture of the damage it was causing to Caldwell construction. William, the owner of the company, saw the picture on his phone while he was conducting a site visit. He immediately flagged my issue as top priority and grabbed his top electrician and plumber and was at my home in about 20 minutes! I didn't realize how dangerous the problem was but William did! I wasn't charged anything above and beyond although their service certainly was! They did a fantastic job taking care of my home like it was their own. I highly recommend Caldwell Construction! They saved me!

We just completed our second project with Caldwell. The first was demo and construction of a new fireplace facade, and the second was installing flooring throughout our house. Communication in both projects was great, including the owner, general manager, office, and craftsman. Service and quality is important to us and everyone at Caldwell. Everyone we worked with told us if there was anything with which we were unsatisfied, we just needed to let them know. In both projects, their team discussed any decisions points with us to make sure they were meeting our expectations. We gathered quotes for both projects from multiple vendors and Caldwell was our choice. One Caldwell quote was a little higher, but William the owner explained to us how the demo of the hearth would require extra time and effort, which neither of the other two vendors mentioned. It would have definitely been a change request with both the others. William's knowledge and experience helped us avoid that headache, and the situation with the hearth was exactly as he described. Thank you to William (Owner), Jared (General Manager), all the craftsman, and the office staff. We are very pleased with the results and will use Caldwell again.

Mr. Caldwell is true to his word and an excellent example of a man with values. I was absolutely surprised by his demeanor and the epitome of a man with heart, strong ethics and dedication towards others. I cannot express the gratitude I have towards his service and candor with others. Such a great experience to have have met him: continuing his outlook towards his work and treatment of others.
