I was recommended to this calliber collision by my insurance. I brought in my 2011 Toyota 4 runner because my house had caught on fire and the damage spread to where my car was parked so I had fire damage to the front end. The whole process of me bringing my car in the the shop and me getting it back was really smooth, they took about 2-3 weeks and I just paid my deductible and my car’s front end looks brand new. Here’s the kicker tho, their personnel todd (who was assigned to me) was excellent. Everything was communicated to me 100% , he would call and leave voicemails saying here’s what’s going on , what the time estimate is, any question he had the answer to. Another thing that stood out was their staff , they are great people. An older gentlemen who helped me out( I forgot to ask for his name) might’ve been a manager when I was due to pickup my vehicle he asked about our situation and if it got any better and even hooked me up. I was blown away by this locations hospitality and service. I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Here’s how I give my rating repair of my vehicle 10/10. Customer service 15/10. Overall satisfaction 15/10
