I recently experienced a minor accident and received a list of State Farm’s partner body shops. I selected Caliber collision for my repairs based on positive reviews. Went in for my appt. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office. I was Immediately greeted by the office manager IIlena who was welcoming & professional. The estimator Karina came out next & introduced herself with a handshake she was very professional, with the most friendly personality, polite & welcoming! She thoroughly reviewed the damages with me, addressed my concerns, and answered all my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable with the proposed repair process. I Handed keys over, signed a few documents.. The process was so smooth from there!! Karina maintained open communication throughout the repairs, providing regular updates via phone and text messages. My car was done quicker than expected. My bumper looks brand new again can’t even tell I was in an accident! I am highly satisfied with my overall experience Karina is exceptional! I would definitely recommend caliber collision to family and friends. General Manager Nelly was also welcoming, and I extend my sincere gratitude to the entire team. Thank you all!
