My experience with CLA in San Diego was disappointing. The student service is terrible — they take forever to reply to emails, and when they do, the information is unclear and incomplete. During the year I studied there, I had one great staff member named Aoi, who was always quick and helpful, but unfortunately, she left the school. When I needed to transfer, CLA refused to refund the amount I had already paid. It took them over a month just to calculate the refund, and they still tried to deduct unfair fees, even though I paid before the due date and left before the term ended. Thankfully, since I paid with my credit card, I managed to solve the issue through my bank. Professor Sean is amazing — kind, professional, and truly cares about his students. Unfortunately, the administrative side of CLA showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism.

I had a great time studying in CLA. On weekdays classes I loved journal class, I learned a lot. Then I switched to the weekend classes which was very convenient for me. They have different options for classes which is very helpful. Thanks for all teachers out there.
