Callahan’s helped us in a bind with a broken garbage disposal over the holidays. They were quick to respond and got out right away. Once they arrived it only took a few minutes to asses that the disposal needed to replaced and in less than 15 minutes the replacement was done and working perfectly! Thank you!

From the diagnosis to the repair, Callahans appliance was exceptional. The technician was professional and understood my concerns with my stove. Everything went smoothly. The status of when the tech was to arrive and the updates throughout was a huge help in that I did not need to sit and wait for the arrival. I was able to go about my day and when I received the text of their eta, I they arrived exactly when promised.

The three guys were good. They had to make two service calls because the Allstate warranty people did not send a pump that was needed. Thru showed up on time. Were consistently responsive to me texts and expedited the second service call

I worked with Callahan's appliance to replace my filtered water faucet that I bought from a high-end kitchen store. As soon as I contacted them, they reached me by text and set up an appointment. And it wasn't with a bot, it was with the person on the other line with whom I could communicate and decide on a date. When the date arrived they reached out to me about the window of time and came right at that window. The gentleman who fixed my faucet did it in about 30 minutes, was polite, and efficient. It was such a good experience. My faucet works great. I'm really happy and pleased. This service was covered by my three year warranty so I'm not sure what the expense would have been.
