The entire experience was super smooth and welcoming from the time we entered the store to the end when the piano was delivered. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and always ready to help, making the whole process stress-free. We are very happy with our purchase and the excellent service from the Capital Music Center.

I had a great experience at this store. I found them on Facebook marketplace after seeking for affordable options for an entry/mid level digital keyboard. My budget was $1000 and that is all in. I looked for many options online but decided to come to this store and check out in person. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and when I walked in I was very impressed by how amazing Giuseppe was! He did an excellent job explaining to me which among the many great options is suitable for my skill level and budget. I ended up getting the Roland FP-30X with discounts on the miscellaneous items including the adjustable bench, stand, deluxe damper pedal, headphones and with taxes we were able to make it just exactly at $999.89. He also went above and beyond by helping me loading everything to my car and getting rid of the keyboard box. I overall recommend Capital Music Center for customer service, price and wide range of high quality products to choose from. When I got home, took me 5 mins to put install my keyboard and I played right away.

Britt, the owner, took time out of his day to personally take me around the store, show me options, and put together the best set of instrument / accessories I needed to get started on my path to becoming a world class concert pianist (or starting a new hobby at 52)! Highly recommend you at least call him if you’re looking for a new piano / keyboard. He’s an expert and won’t try and “sell” you anything. Truly enjoyed my experience and will be back when I get better.

Returning to piano after kids are grown, I haven't played since I was 9. Everyone has been wonderful and supportive! I love my new digital piano and am thoroughly enjoying my lessons. Wonderful place!
