Capital Tea was such a wonderous little spot. The afternoon tea package was fabulous. The tea was delicious as was the food and we were able to try many flavors. Ferris was such an amazing tea expert. Ferris was wonderful at explaining the different teas and so friendly. 20/10 recommend!

I enjoyed a comfortable chair, a good book, and three different pots of tea. The service was friendly and prompt. The café is small but cozy, never once felt crowded. Parking was easy, I got a spot right out front (there is a lot of free two-hour parking all along both sides of the street; not sure if that's just a seasonal fluke or what). Overall, highly recommend. Definitely make a reservation.

Nice, cozy tea shop with a really good selection of teas. Enjoyed a nice afternoon tea, but the price was higher due to the holiday, even though they were not very busy on a Monday. Service was very good. This gets only 3 stars because the food, except for finger sandwiches, seemed like they were from Costco. Macarons, spanikopita, ginger snaps, mini quiches...all from a box. Would have loved some freshly made treats to go with my wonderful tea.

Afternoon tea is super cute here. I enjoyed the leisure of this and the fact that you can order various teas instead of just one (Brown Hotel only allows one choice, ugh). I highly recommend this experience for anyone who enjoys tea and afternoon tea.

March 2025 Street parking proved challenging, even on a Saturday. Our reservation was honored, and our table was impeccably set. The tea selection was extensive, and while the tea itself was unlimited, the accompanying finger foods were not. Our server was courteous and provided excellent service. The single-occupancy restroom was clean and well-stocked with lotion. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. 🫖
