I have used Carlisle twice for flooring. My experience was terrific both times. I had a problem with a prior flooring company and after researching other high end flooring options, I found Carlisle and I am so happy that I did. I had to replace a prior flooring job and I did so with one of Carlisle's maple floors. The quality of the flooring is outstanding and the floors are absolutely beautiful following installation. I had custom stairs made and they also turned out beautifully. Importantly, I had no health or safety concerns with their product. The customer service was very good. Chris Sy, the president of Carlisle, is a true professional and expert. He cares about the customers and about the product. Admittedly, the price of Carlisle flooring is on the higher side, but these are high end, high quality floors and it is obvious that great effort goes into the craftsmanship behind the flooring. For me, the outstanding product and peace of mind in knowing that I was going to be thrilled with the outcome justified the investment.
