got blocked after buying a dress online after reaching out to this vintage shop on their Instagram to clarify condition of the item. The damage such as the frayed underarm was NOT in the description unfortunately during purchase, after sending the refund they promptly blocked me without ensuring it went through. Not sure who was messaging me but if it’s the owner how can you have zero customer support and courtesy? Maybe understand that your client was reconsidering the purchase due to condition rather than shipping costs. Mind you I loved and followed this vintage business and its unethical sellers like this that ruin buying vintage online! Let’s hope the refund goes through.

What a great shop! Cloth from the 1920s - 90s, gloves, heads, bags and tons of jewlery - Everything well kurated and presented ♥️♥️♥️

An inspiring place for anyone who appreciates vintage fashion and is looking for a unique piece. I love that the clothing is arranged by time period, which makes the shop feel like a fashion archive. The staff are knowledgeable and kind, and they take great care to keep even the most delicate items in good condition, making small fixes when needed. I had been looking for a vintage nightgown for a while, and I’m so happy with the one I found here.

Absolutely wonderful shop! The owner Rachael is so knowledgeable and has curated an incredible collection of vintage items from all eras. Chloe was also amazingly helpful and both knew the stock of the store thoroughly, helping me find the right sizes, offering suggestions, and overall creating a fun and positive atmosphere in the store. My partner found two suits that fit like a glove. 10/10 can’t wait to go back!

This shop was recommended to me by a friend for my trip to Edinburgh as I'm an avid collector (and wearer!) Of all things vintage. I've been to all the Armstrong's (which have their charms) but this place is the real deal! You can find way more older articles (from victorian, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond!) Which is what I am more into, rather than 80s-y2k. I was very impressed with the selection of jewellery and gloves, as well as hankies which I've been looking for too! The dressing rooms are lovely and spacious and give you enough room to twirl and see how the garment fits you. This whole shop is charming and gives a very curated feel as opposed to mass market, and I was informed by the very lovely shop assistant (whose name I forgot to ask but you're so cool and we had a great chat about vintage!!) that the articles come from local people which give a great depth of character to them. I cannot wait to come back on my next trip. This shop is the real deal for vintage!
