Last weekend, 4 of my friends and I stayed at the Hopkins Ave. residence. We had a great time! The home is spacious, it’s very clean, and just makes you feel relaxed. Carpediem added to the perfect weekend by immediately responding to and resolving two very minor issues. They communicated with me throughout our time there. They were also very kind and extremely professional. I gladly recommend this home to anyone visiting Dallas, Texas!

Amazing luxurious homes, with 5 star amenities close to great shops and local restaurants. This company has focused a great amount of detail in everything from cozy upscale living, sparkling beautiful pools, super clean spaces. Just WOW! Nothing like it in the area. Would highly recommend!!

Just got back from my family reunion and we stayed at a home from Carpe Diem. We walked into a clean house and a bottle of champagne and chocolates were waiting for us as we entered. That set the weekend off right!!! Def coming back

My family and I stayed during baseball season in one of their properties and I can assured you they have GREAT property management as their house is well maintained, easy access to all their amenities, clean and the communication was outstanding! I would definitely recommend it.
