They did a fantastic job. It's not just as good as it was, it's possibly better. The technician was super helpful, walked me through everything that was supposed to happen, eventually walked me through all of the things that happened, and was just an all-around good dude. The receptionist was incredibly kind, very helpful, and all authentic smiles. I got notifications and updates very frequently, so I wasn't in the dark for very long on progress. The work looks great, and I'm excited to have my car back! They were one of my insurance preferred vendors, and I was thrilled with the outcome..

I took my Mercedes C300 here due to someone backing into my car. Their insurance covered everything but I was still nervous to have a new shop working on my car. CARSTAR ended up doing an amazing job! Their customer service was a 10/10! The ladies at the front desk and the estimator were so nice and sweet! I will say I didn’t get much communication when my car would be done, but I didn’t mind because I had a nice rental I was driving. But otherwise everything was great! Before and after photos posted.
